Hi, I’m Brittany, and I’m so glad you’re here!

Brittany Rinehart is a Provisionally Licensed Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor.

Hi, I'm Brittany and I'm so glad you're here! Whether it's your first time or you're jumping back in, it can feel overwhelming to find a therapist that fits with you.

I work with kids, teens, and adults and strive to create a safe, warm, and welcoming space for each person I see. Healing truly begins with a regulated nervous system which is why I value connection, understanding, and safety above all else. I do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach to counseling. Instead, I believe that therapy is meant to be a supportive experience tailored to your specific needs.

My approach is rooted in humanistic principles while integrating both cognitive and somatic interventions such as ACT, DBT, polyvagal theory, attachment theory, and creative/play interventions with younger clients.

I value authenticity and humanness in therapy which is why I hope to create a warm, inviting space where you can show up just as you are without pressure.

Therapy looks different for each person and I'm ready to meet you where you are in the process, no matter how messy, chaotic, overwhelmed, or stressed you feel.

I love my career but when I'm not at work, I love reading, going to concerts, watching movies, being in nature, and hanging out with my pets.
