Hi, I’m Meghan.
I believe in the importance of balance, connection, and making time for the things that bring us joy. When I’m not providing therapy to others, you can usually find me hanging out with my dog, Winnie, or riding four-wheelers with my family.
Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” what’s broken—it’s about rediscovering the strengths that have always been within you, gaining clarity about your patterns, and creating a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
I believe our earliest relationships and life experiences shape how we see ourselves and connect with others, often in ways we don’t fully recognize. Using attachment theory, choice theory, and REBT, I help clients gently uncover these patterns, understand where they come from, and begin shifting what no longer serves them.
In our work together, we’ll focus on strengthening your sense of self, deepening self-understanding, and building relationships that feel more secure and fulfilling. I tailor therapy to your unique story, moving at a pace that feels right for you.
