About Me

I believe therapy happens in collaboration, when we work together to navigate your story in a non-judgmental, safe space. Healing naturally follows when you have a safe place to be completely authentic. I’m here to walk with you as we explore your world, tap into the strengths you already have, and naturally develop the tools to help face life’s challenges.

My "Why"

My passion for counseling is tied to my personal journey. Having navigated losing both of my parents by the age of 21, I understand firsthand what it feels like when your world shatters. Because of that, I know what it means to hold space for those pieces as your life is being redefined. No one should have to navigate grief, trauma, or major life transitions alone. When you step into my room, you will be met with deep compassion, patience, and a belief that healing is possible, despite the pain.

My Approach

I work with individuals across the lifespan, helping clients navigate everything from complex family dynamics to self-discovery to grief. My background includes dedicated experience working with kids and teens in K–12 school settings, as well as adults navigating major life changes.

My practice is deeply rooted in a person-centered framework, but because every individual is unique, I take an eclectic approach. With that in mind, I draw from frameworks such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative therapy, CBT, and solution-focused therapy. Together, we will look at what is happening in your life today while honoring what has happened, working to help you reach the goals that matter most to you.
