Hailee Tate
Therapist
Hi, I’m Hailee, and I am happy you are here.
I work with children (ages 5+), teens, and adults who are seeking support, clarity, or steadiness when things feel heavy, confusing, or hard to manage. People often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure where to begin. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start.
Therapy can be a space to pause, feel supported, and begin making sense of what you’re carrying. I strive to create a space that feels safe, authentic, and supportive, a place where you can feel heard and understood without judgement. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as a guide, helping you make sense of your experiences, identify your strengths, and move toward healing and growth at a pace that feels right for you.
I utilize a flexible and individualized approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, Person-centered Therapy, Parts Work, Art Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Narrative therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. Therapy is not meant to look the same for everyone, and I work collaboratively to shape sessions around what feels more supportive for you.
Therapy doesn’t have to be perfect or linear. I am here to meet you where you are.
When I’m not working, I enjoy playing with my Nintendo switch, spending time with my cat, and enjoying the outdoors!
