When I'm asked how long I have been in mental health I usually tell people 'my whole life'. That's because I followed in my father's footsteps who was a psychiatric director for 30 years and who's knowledge I lean on heavily to this day.

My experience has empowered me to conduct individual and group counseling sessions as well as crisis intervention. I approach psychotherapy work with a holistic focus and apply evidence-based practices. I will also help you build your treatment plan through a collaborative process that aligns with your individual healthcare  and life goals.

With over 13 years of experience as a Therapeutic Programs Director, I have diagnosed and treated my fair share of mental health disorders though the populations I find I am most effective with helping are those that are neurodivergent, experience anxiety, young women, those experiencing life transitions, women, family conflict, stress management and children.

Unknowingly my first clinical role was working with individuals with neurodivergence and it has since become one of the populations I am most passionate about working with. I place cultural diversity as a priority. I am a HUGE advocate to help take stigma out of mental health. If more people felt safe getting the care they needed the same way they do when they seek medical care a lot of lives could be changed.

I look forward to meeting you and seeing how we can walk together on your life's journey.
